I have a good condition black 99 cobra rear bumper. It has a few nicks in it but nothing major. It is in over all good condtion. It could use a claybar tho. I am looking to get $100 obo. I would prefer not to ship because it may get expensive. I will if you really want to, but like i said, it may get expensive.

isntthe 99 the same as a gt rear bumper that just say mustang with the muffler cut out?

yes, it came off of a 99 cobra, but is the same thing as the 99-04 gt ones
