No gasket the only mounting hardware there is is the L bracket and bolt you can see in the bottom of the picture. If you want it I'll bring it to the show saturday.

eh i wont be at the M&M show either....i just extinguished all of my available funds on a toyota tacoma so i can keep my beast in the cage and the miles low so no extra for now but thanks :-)
