Default K&N FPK Gen2 Cold Air Intake 99-04 3.8 V6

Category: Engine - Intake/Fuel
Price: $70
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part fits: New Edge
Location (State/Prov): NC
Item Condition: Used

Used K&N Cold Air Intake for 99-04 3.8 V6 forsale. $70 shipped.

This is the FPK GenerationII CAI by K&N. The CAI kit is used with all the original parts, and hardware. All the original instructions and paperwork is included. This was one of the first bolt on mods I did, but removed it when installing the procharger a while back and now selling it. The kit still has everything it came with. See the pics below.

All the parts, screws and bolts are included except for two small washers that are missing. But you can easily get new washers at your local autoparts or hardware store. You dont necessarily need them though. Again only 2 washers are missing, everything else is there.

Edit: Also it may not look like much, but I didnt entirely dissasemble it when taking it apart. But there are more pieces there than you see.

-The hose clamps on the rubber hoses,

-adapter in the filter,

-mounting bracket on the metal shield,

-rubber gromet in intake tubing for IAT sensoer(99-00 models have this),

-or rubber plug for the IAT hole still in the bag (01 and later models dont have the sensor)

-and the pcv hose fitting which I left attached to the intake.

I used it for 7k miles. The filter will need to be cleaned. I cleaned it once after 3k miles while using it, but did not clean it a second time after removing it for the procharger. Besides the filter needing to be cleaned, the CAI is in good condition.

Ill sell it for $65. Got to have enough to cover the shipping and still get back a decent amount. If youre still interested let me know.
