This is a Silver Horse Racing Honeycomb Trunk Panel. It sticks on using 3M double-sided tape. You keep the center Faux Gas cap.Been on the car about 6 months now. But I'm running 22" Supersnake stripes and the panel doesn't flow with them in my eyes.
You will need to replace the double-stick stuff. Otherwise the panel is in excellent condition. No Damage.
I will ship it using USPS Priority Mail to anywhere in the US.
