This converter is brand new, never installed or used (although the box has been opened for pictures). The absolute cheapest price anywhere online is $502 that I can find, so I feel like $350 is a fair price. If you have an offer, PM me to discuss.
I would prefer to sell locally in Los Angeles, but it can be mailed anywhere in the lower-48 states if you cover the shipping cost. I prefer cash, but will accept Paypal or cahier's check/money order if you are not local.
