OK I talked to MAC today and after explaining the situation and what I though was wrong, they wanted me to email some digital photos to help illistrate my problem. I had no problem getting support from them and actually they were very helpful. They responded as if they were surprised that I was having problems but very helpful.

I agreed to take another look and make more adjustments and with a little patience the system setup and installed without a problem. I am utilizing all the hangers and the tips are even. I cant road test untill the weather breaks so I'll have to wait. I will email "Texx" at Mac with my sucessful results!!
