new pipes, with question?
Ok guys and gals,
I removed my stock cats (2 heaters and 2 cats) and installed an x pipe with no cats, she sounds great. The question I have:
I have a 94GT and of course she has headers (shorty) flowmasters and the x pipe, with the change of pipes did anyone experience a change like running lean? if so, what did you do to prevent this? or did you had any serious problems?
Thanks!

RE: new pipes, with question?
My 94 cobra did have a lean condition, however im pretty sure it was due to the OTHER mods i had made.
The 94-95 v8 only has two O2 sensors and they are both before the cats, so removing the cats should not effect your sensors readings.
The easiest way to rid yourself of a lean condition is to bump your fuel presure a small amount.. 1-2 psi. However, in my case, i had to raise it 6psi to get my WOT to about 13:1. I was 15.5:1 on the dyno... this was also with:
equal length headers
x pipe (O/R)
dumps
CAI
70mm TB
UDP's
15° timing
AND i had a VERY dirty maf at the time.
