Just a quick question - Does anyone know a good performance shop in Kansas City? I want some mods done but lack a grease thumb.....Any help is appreciated....

Not sure about in KC. I'm bringing my car up to HPM performance in Omaha (about 30min-hour closer for me). They have done quite a few SC, and suspension installs on 05+ mustangs. They are going to install LCAs, relocation bracket, adj Panhard bar, and eibach pro springs for me next week. They design and make thier own suspension parts(other than the springs) Last time I visited they were installing a saleen SC, full suspension, and a one piecs DS for someone,and said they had done a few KBs, and others. I hope you update your post on what you find down there or your experience of future recomended KC shops. I wouldn't mind taking a road trip, especially if there is a dyno tuner there. HPM has to send out for custom tunes , as they don't have a dyno. Think they said South Dakota! Sure seem to know thier suspension and other mods for the 05+ mustangs though.

I found one today through a friend....I dropped by and talked with them and their prices seem fair. Super Tune Performance is the name of the shop. Here is their website:

It's not totally complete. I'll let you know how things go. I'm going to get Corsa Catbacks installed and a CAI.....Hopefully a supercharger in the near future.

I live in western Kansas I took my 2003 Mach to MC Racing in Kansas City about 2 years ago, for a dyno tune did a good job and were nice.

I got my Corsa's installed this morning at SuperTune and they did an excellent job. I'm going to be going back for a tune and dyna....I'm even thinking of a supercharger but that will need to wait a little while.

There is MC Racing in Merriam http://www.gomcracing.com/, and Super Tune in Stanley ks http://www.supertuneracing.com/Super...rformance.html Those two have good reputations, it just depends on what you want to do. MC deals with Procharger and Super Tune does Vortech. There are others but I haven't heard of anybody using them.
