Its a good idea to take them off because if not your not gonna build boost cause of the smaller pulleys. Besides... the blower will replace the power 10X over. Pulleys are more less an NA upgrade.

I think the only pulley you really need to replace is the crank pulley.

Then there is a chance of over-driving your accesories. Never use just one or two of the set of UD pulleys. Use them all or dont use them at all.

it is easier to find someone that has a mustang and trade him straight over for his stock pulleys.
that is what I am doing because the car had UD's when I bought it

If you just change the crank pulley and nothing else you won't over-drive anything. You'll be fine, and you should make 8 psi by doing it, which is a good amount for that series II. Stock Saleen's with series II blowers made around 6-7 psi. 8-9 psi would be perfect for that blower, although it will make a max of 12 -13 psi if you wanted it. Just putting on the stock crank pulley and nothing else should net you 8-ish psi.

I have thought about pretty much all of your suggestions on my own and what i may do now is go down to chicane(only about 7 miles away) and get a smaller supercharger pulley to make the boost and leave the pulleys on...but of course this is just another idea that i have. i believe this idea may also create the need to find a propper belt to fit also
