Got a POS 73 mustang here....LOL. The slow as hell 302 is not doing it for me. Would i be able to drop the 350 Chevy SB into it and get rid of the 302??? If so would i have to change alot of things around???? Would it cost a lot????Would it be a smart thing to do?????

sounds like this is a touchy subject to some mustang owners but I say your damn right, take it from some one that know's I just rebuilt mine spent all kinds of money and it still runs like sh*t. Even if you can't get the 350 chevy to work out try a 2.5 4 cylinder chevy it will still be better than the 5.0

Open up a Hot Rod, pretty recent. Can't remember what issue though. It's a gold Byscane with a 350 that spits out 1500 horses, and is streetable. Do THAT, and hey, I'll drool on fomoco.
Point is, if it's Domestic, I'm rootin for it. I was just grown up in a GM/Chrysler family. But you should be proud, next ride's a 302.

if its a ford put a ford in it if its a chevy well put a ford in it na just kidin ford for ford chevy for a chevy and mopar for mopar im all about keeping one motor co. cuz this is what people are going to say if it funs good its cuz its got a chevy motor in it and if runs bad cuz its in a ford car. and if any real car nut know if you got the money to build it the horse power tree is mopar ford chevy can we help it that chevy did one thing right and keep there engines the same for many years and with keep the prices down on after market s#^t and now its so ez to build them. i love all cars (yes imports too)and the fact that any can be made in to musale car high rever ricer. i just lived in japan for 6 years and ive drive a 88 1.6 dohv toyota corolla that had 357hp at the rear. so dont hate learn and love. even thow i wont drive a ricer as long as im in the states. so keep it all one motor co. and be proud of it and if you do put a chevy in a ford same on you.
