I think you'll blow something major up.
You're talking about using 2 turbos that are designed to operate in an idle-~3000 rpm range on 6 or 7 liter engines. Not only that, but diesels are built a LOT stronger than gas engines and they run a lot more boost than your engine will be able to withstand. I'm going to guess that the turbines are fairly small since they have to spool up fast, but the compressors are more likely to be huge.

Here's a stock block HP turbo car making over 500 rwhp.
There are numerous others out there doing the same and more.
This one has made 630 rwhp:
