If you go with a twin screw supercharger, you'll generally end up with close to the same tq as hp, and possibly slightly more. However, if your car's built you might want to try nitrous for a real boost in tq.

Those guys that are making more Torque then HP are BSing. Unless you have NOS, it is impossible to make more torque then HP.

My car used to make 350whp/370wtq back in the day. Plus turbo diesel trucks have been doing that for years. Some come from the factory now with 600ft lbs of torque and only half that in horespower. Any turbo car will easily make more torque. It also happens all the time with 03/04 cobras and many cars with centrifugal blowers. Simply incorrect.

. Why don't you check the stock numbers for a mustang and see that to begin with your pumping more torque then hp. Torque is wayyy more valuable then hp IMO and all these little hp bolt on things lead to less torque but we just don't realize for example Im thinking about putting my cats back on because I lost torque from having a more free flowing exhaust out my H pipe and a stock engine. You can slap power adders on and other stuff and still keep more torque then hp just you have to be smart about it that's all.
