Default vortech S Trim Question?

Last night i was told my blower is way to loud and the reason he thought is that there is a filter in the actual blower right after the feed line. Is this true? If so where do i buy a new one and whats the fastest way to change it?

According to Vortech you should clean the oil inlet fitting every 3000 miles. When the engine is cold, remove the oil inlet fitting at the supercharger and blow it out with an air gun.
Make sure that you dont remove the screen/filter inside the oil feed housing.

Gear driven superchargers are always noisy. If you're talking about the noise at idle, it is caused by the impeller. You can quiet it down alot by making the intake plumbing longer between the filter & supercharger. The shorter the plumbing from filter to compressor the louder it will be.

YES it is behind the fitting between the feed line and the supercharger, and there is a screen that acts as a filter inside the housing.
