Default Superchargers ??

from a centrifugal standpoint, i like procharger. they offer good warrantys etc.... byt kenne bell makes a killer set up for the 4.6. on a bone stock GT @ 15 lbs they made 520 rwhp. not going to last long on stock internals, but nice numbers.

Procharger centrifugal are great superchargers, and vortech makes some sweet ones too, but if you want roots type, go kenn bell or roush or something. Id go with procharger.

Right now I am not sure if kenny bell offer a supercharger kit with a blowoff valve for boost so that means that everytime you tap the go pedal you are creating boost as well. Sure that may be cool for some people but I wouldn't want up to 7lbs of boost forced on my motor all of the time. Now if KB made some type of product that only delivered boost on wide open throttle then I would have one in the mail in a heartbeat.

Kenne Bell only sees boost at wide open throttle

Thats pretty cool though, it only wastes gas at WOT. Thats a good idea. But I would still rather have a intercooled procharger

Actually, KB sees boost at every possible RPM.

However, it only wastes gas only when you mash the throttle and dive into boost range deep, the same with turbos, centrifugals, and Eatons.

Turbo's own all though<img border="0" src=smileys/smiley2.gif border="0"> , in ALL aspects of power, boost, and gas comsumption.
