im in the middle of a build right now, ill be running a procharger d1sc on a built 2 valve, ill be pushing 12 lbs to start and ill be running a meth injection kit with a boost sensor to spray as soon as i go into boost, i was just wondering what kind of number you guys out there are making with your d1sc's, eventually i plan on pushing up to 18-20lbs, my supporting mods are stage 3 port and polished heads, CMS stage 2.5 blower cams, a trickflow trackheat intake that ported, as well as a 75mm throttle body and LT headers, its a full build...let me know fellas

Um you are forged right?? Because if not you will not see over 12lbs before you motor goes... and 12lbs is pushing it.

He clearly states that he is BUILT 2 times in his paragraph. I have almost the Same Exact Build as you. (not in the car yet, Heads are getting Ported at the moment) and i have Stage II Comp N/A Cams, in them now. How long until your build is finished?

What Fuel System are you going with? Thats the one thing really holding me back or else i would have some good numbers for you. A friend was running mid 500's with out meth on 18psi with his D1 Fully Built motor.

before i upgraded my fuel system and got an IC (i was running meth just like you), i made 467RWHP with stage 3 heads & cams with a 2.7 pulley on 36lbs injectors and S trim head unit. that was about the max for my injectors and focus fuel pump though...

ill be running a 3 core intercooler, and i got a 255lph in-tank pump, my d1sc came with 52lb injectors, before i boost bigger i plan on chucking the returnless setup and going with a full aeromotive kit as well as upgrading my tranny, im trying to get it all put together and put in around the first week of january and then im going to dynospeed in memphis to get it dynoed and fine tuned

that should be nice after you get done. Definately get some videos. The CMS 2.5 blower cams sound real good.

Yeh sometimes after putting all this money into it it seems like a headache but it will be a monster when I'm done, I'm on somewhat of a time crunch becauce I have to move to NM in april and I know absolutely nobody out there and I'm not really into paying someone at a shop to do stuff I know how to do but can't because I don't have another gearhead around like I do in TN...but I should have ample time to get my build done and ill post pics and videos
