First how much boost do you want to run? (or how much power are you looking for?) To do it right you should at least get a forged crank, rods, and pistons. You will also want pistons that lower the compression a few points(depending on how much boost you want). At power levels above 500 hp a new O-ringed block will be needed (assuming you have a 5.0 here).

Nothing needs to be done if you don't plan on running over 12psi. You just need the fuel pump, an fmu, turbos, piping, a bov, oil lines, wastegates, & boost controllers. I guess you could do it without gauges, but I wouldn't recommend trying. Same goes for the aftercooler.

if you only want a 100HP gain, you should just get a blower. cheaper and easier to install. you can get well over 100HP out of them.

blower bro. You'll have to practically build a new engine to boost the power worthy of a turbo. For 100hp i'l agree with the poeple her. Blower.

yea im still kinda new with all of this. i had no idea that 100 hps was a joke to a twin turbo. how much do most people get out of the turbos? and now that you got me thinking about this blower, where do you find stuff like that? thanks
