Well I bought an SCT Livewire from an acquaintance of mine for a good deal but the car it was locked to was rolled on the highway and the insurance company wouldn't let him to it to unlock it if he even could.I got it home and hooked it up in my car.It worked fine till I started trying to move it to where I wanted it at.I could wiggle the power connector back and forth and it would shut off and on.I have heard several story's of this happening to others but this thing was out of warranty and I ran out of patience so here it is. I had to resolder the connections to make it all work again.

Taking apart the 600 dollar tuner




4 pins on the right side were broken



All the way apart and I desoldered the Connector off of the board.




new pins Soldered!!! WooHoo



Connector soldered back on board to to put it back together!



Back together and fired up,It works Flawlessly!!!


Overall Cool Tuner I have to send it to SCT to have it unlocked for 150 bucks unless someone knows somewhere else hehe all in all not to bad, hardest part is the back 2 pins that broke, I had to dig into the plastic to get to them. if you have had a similar problem add to this post!
