Okay so im looking to go blown so i have a couple question. Im not looking to buy brand new. I have found plenty of kits for around 2k. My mods are in my sig... So heres the questions:
1. since my compression is 10.5 to 1 what is the safe zone as far as boost goes. 6-8psi?
2. how risky is it to go f/i without forging?
3. how much power do you think i will be making?

you can make up to 450whp with a good tune before it breaks. 400-430whp is very reliable on a centrifugal blower. you can run 8-10lbs. the tune is the key to it bieng safe. just go to one of the big name tuners like mph, amazon, rwtd, speedy dyno, etc. and you should be fine

i don't know much about mod motors but that's a lot of compression for any boost. do you plan on using meth?

honestly i havent a clue as to what meth inj does... Ive never worked with f/i. Would it help if i used it?

+1, 10.5 is fine for boost. its all in the tune

As I told you before, I did it with 8psi and running 10.5:1 compression
Meth or intercooler is a must! I used meth at the time, just make sure you tune it (or have someone tune it) that knows how to tune for meth injection should you go that route.
