Default Car revs for a couple seconds after clutch in. (blowoff?)

Ok, i'm not an expert in installing superchargers but me and a friend installed my vortec v1 on my 92gt. Only new spark plugs other than that so far. Want a bigger fuel pump eventually. The problem for now is that after I engage on the clutch the RPM'S take a couple seconds to come all the way down. Its annoying and loud. I assume I have something wrong on it. Any ideas?

Thanks

I think you may have a normal issue with the IAC it dosent care about the blower, actually it might have blown some crap into it and it maybe causing the plunger to slide slower than normal!

(if the car raises a few rpms when the clutch is engaged)
