Question stock exhaust pipe replacement on a budget

So long story short, I think the previous owner of my car ran over something or did any other wide range of things and the exhaust seems to be pushed all to one side(Ithink this might be causing the 'rattle/buzz' I'm getting). h pipe is welded to the pipes at the clamps and are a little out of line. I also don't see any hangers on the exhaust anywhere except on the mufflers, that's not right is it? The mufflers are fine, one tip is just out of line a little. I was thinking I could just replace everything but the mufflers, just not sure exactly what to go with without raping my wallet. I haven't been able to find a takeoff exhaust, and am trying to see what I can work out if I can't get this fixed. After looking all over the net I think maybe I have found a solution? Just trying to get out of this without dropping over a grand, but don't want to waste money. Would something like this work? Anyone know a cheaper solution without really sacrificing quality?

replace the h pipe with

Any thoughts/opinions??
