Okay so im in the process of rebuilding my original 289 and i have all of my parts figured out except for headers. I am cconcerned because i do not want to spend more than $180 for headers but i do not know which ones will clear my steer and or clutch bar. I have looked at hookers and hedmans but my knowledge on headers is not good so any advice would be appreciated. My car is a 3- speed 289 no power steering if that helps.
