sorry for this stupid question just wondering... lol

i have had other mustangs before and i alway put an x-pipe on them love the sound.

i bought my current mustang with already a h-pipe.

i think there is a difference in performance. and a difference in sound

question are is it worth to buy a new x-pipe??? or instead of buying a whole new one cut the h out and put a universal x in it like this..... would i get the same effect without buying a new x-pipe

dont get that one, it wont make a difference in power and just sounds "blatty" like the BBK garbage.

I dont believe theres any power difference between the 2 Midpipes if it is it is Very Miniscule choose one for the Sound you prefer.If you want to replace your H with an X why not just have a Reputable Exhaust Shop Fab you up one?I just had a Custom 3" X-Pipe made for my 92 Coupe and its as good or Better than the stuff you can buy out of a catalog.
