Spray help
Alright, currently on my s197 I am running a c&l, CMDP, long tubes, and brenspeed thumper cams. I would like to install some spray this weekend but dont know how much to run and if I need to upgrade my fuel system for anything. Any help would be appreciated!

im not super familiar with the newer cars. but u have some room to grow
1 rule of thumb is that you can safely spray 1/2 of your NA power. so a 150 shot is easy for you. BUT.......start lower......try a 75 shot, you'll be surprised....a 150 shot compared to a 75 will use twice the nitrous and possibly only get a partial gain over the 75 jets.
im betting a 75 shot gets u .8-1.0 cut in ET
but hey.....im a retard so go figure

any advantage to using a plate?

that depends on your interpretation of a "plate"
a real plate kit goes under the upper so fuel doesnt need to flow thru your upper. it's almost as good as a direct port kit. the fuel is almost where want it.
a tb plate and wet nozzle i do not like.....those will puddle all the time...it's just when or if they ignite that you pop a hood off
