Have you guys heard any of these new lexus ISF or the new m3? both v8, the isf has 5.0 (i'm not sure what the m3 has). i've heard them on the street and some exhaust clips and they just sound nothing like our mustangs.. How is it that my 4.6 sounds more aggressive than a 5L v8?

You can engineer an engine to sound just about any way you want. The only thing those engines share with ours is displacement...the engines are totally different otherwise.

The V8 M3 is a bottom 13 or high 12 car from the factory, not to shabby at all. It will also destroy a lot of vehicle on a track. The M3 isn't a muscle car it's just a fast track car. A german muscle car would a C63 AMG.

The LFA goes high 11's and traps 125mph, it's not a muscle car though. It's a super car.
