Default s tri issue, very little boost.

Ok so heres the thing just finished my s trim ic set up. Took it out to the dyno for a tune, was all excited. Went to do a few runs, wasnt making boost. found a small leak near the pullie on the sc. Decided to try a full pull, only made it to 5400 before he stopped, made 2 1/4 pounds on a 10-12# pullie, started sprayin oil out from back of super charger... So now gonna pull the head unit and replace the seals, but part of me doesnt feel like a bad seal would create such a big problem? i just dont see how the boost could leak past the compressor so much to prevent it from building. Could there be something else wrong? you can hear the bov closing and opening when shifting gears, so that doesnt appear to be it. Im just really worried that ill rebuild it, and it will still be broken, obviously it needs seals regardless, but i dont want to drive it back up there to be turned away with a boost issue. help please.

there is a seal that keeps boost from getting into the housing. if it is leaking boost then it would cause oil to get sprayed everywhere. i think after new bearings and seals then you should be fine. the loss of boost could easiy be from that. as long as the head unit is in good shape and you dont have any leaks anywhere then it will make boost

could have another leak, blow off while you can hear it work may not be seating like it should. How tight is the belt if you pluck the belt and it don't carry a tune it is not tight enough look for rubber dust on things to see if the belt is tight that is a good sign also.

got the supercharger rebuilt and upgraded. works fine now, far as i can tell anyway. Ive had it to 6psi, but only short shift stuff since its not really tune for a full throttle run.
