Flowmaster 40's Rattling Once Hot
For the longest time (since I've had my car), after I haul *** for an extended time I hear a noise coming from the rear driver side of my car. At first I thought it might be an LCA, then I thought it could be a bracket, but now I'm almost 100% positive it's coming from my left Flowmaster 40.
The noise only happens after the exhaust gets really really hot. After I deleted my cats, it started doing it worse but after I put resonators on it started doing it less. The reason I deleted my cats was because the stock ones blew out , and the honeycomb stuff was blasting out my pipes. A little bit is still in there, maybe that's what's rattling in there?
I figured this out after driving it around the track a few times and realizing that I could hear it even from a dead stop if it was hot enough. Any ideas on what the problem could be?
