Default S197 Pypes O/R X-Pipe Help

So I just installed my Pypes O/R X-pipe the other night and it was a PITA. After I got everything aligned and tightened up I started it and went back underneath to look for leaks and whatnot. Well when I started it there was a real loud clunking sound from the back by the bumper so I went back to look and the driver side muffler hanger hook thing (on the exhaust not the rubber hanger) was touching the back bumper like it got pushed back too far when sliding on the X-Pipe. So I tried loosening the clamps and sliding it forward more but it wouldn't so now when I do a cold start it makes a loud racket but goes away after a few seconds. It's a little annoying. Also, it seems like every little tiny bump I hit you hear the rear of the exhaust clunking around. It's really aggravating and I'm not sure what to do. Also I can faintly hear a small exhaust leak it sounds like but I couldn't pin point it. I felt a little bit of air coming around the clamp where the down pipe connects to the crossover X-pipe but that was about it. So any suggestions?
