HELLO stang enthusiasts,
trying to make a decision on great mufflers. I have a E303 cam and I know everyone recommends Flowmaster but what are other good options....

I recommend pretty much anything BUT flowmasters. I honestly can't stand the way they sound.

Now, SLP Powerflo's on the other hand... purely sexual

Just get on youtube and listen to different clips until you find one you like. I personally like the sound of Pypes or Magnaflow.

I personally always saw flow master as the cheap high school kids muffler kinda like a cherry bomb glass pack. They are on every parts store shelf and can be had for under $50 which makes them very popular. I like Borla and some of the Ford racing products myself I ran flow-pros on my ranger which sounded amazing for a v6 not sure how good they would sound on a v8 though. Also magna flow makes a good muffler. But its all about personal taste there is no "best" muffler if you can find a local meet go down and just ask the guys what they have and to hear it thats the best way I've found to find something i like because its first hand sound. A lot of those youtube videos are doctored slightly and they usually sound different in the real world.
