I dont think its much debate at all. Twin turbos will always makes better power and if the turbos are not too big for what you want they wont have lag.

Obviously both have advantages or one of them would have simply disappeared by now. I'm not that up on twin turbo setups, but I looked at one at a shop before I got my first supercharger on a GT. I came to the conclusion that the Roush Type Supercharger was a simpler approach than the setups I've seen for "high output" twin turbos. I'm also one of those guys that wants the most I can get back when I sell a GT, & I'm convinced from experience that resale buyers feel much safer with a setup that looks like a GT 500 Shelby than an after market looking Turbo or Supercharger setup. I suspect the decision should be based on what you want out of the setup & of course... cost. With the '08 I sold, a guy brought his brother in '07 4.6L Shelby. After I took them for a ride, & they heard the price compared to the original cost of the Shelby they wanted the car.... but another guy bought it out from under them! Everyone should get what they think is best & not make it a debate! More information helps in these decisions. I'm waiting for a Roush Supercharger right now for the car below!
