4.6L Supercharger

kenne bell doesnt list a 2.2 any because they dont make them, they discontinued them and the 2.6 takes its place, however kenne bell told me that a stock engine will not live at 20 psi, so im not sure what this guy had for a setup but it sounds like it was a built motor. i was informed that if i was to upgrade to 14 psi ( the max for the 2.1) i would have to lower the compression ratio to 8-8.5 to 1 and have a forged lower end.
here is a link to the only how to install that i could find, in case you are interested, this guy opted for the non intercooled 6 psi setup, but other then the intercooler the install is the same http://www.sn95forums.com/showthread...nstall-2000-GT

its just like any other pulley. you can mess around with UD pulleys, and get some of the set to work with the supercharger, however the crank pulley will have to be put back to stock in order to get the blower spinning fast enough. i pulled all mine off and reverted back to stock. UD pulleys dont really gain much anyway, and you want all the belt tension you can get to prevent belt slip under boost

I had a Roush on my 4.6L '08 & loved it. Check with Voss Performance in SoCal & have him watch for one. He's an authorized Roush dealer who is a great, honest guy! He might have a way to get a returned Roush unit from Roush. I think a GT 500 style setup is a better way to go.

^^ wont work on a 2003 and roush in that year used an eaton m90, the eaton makes less power due to the eatons tendency to really heat the compressed charge. he is better off power wise, and bang for his buck to stick with what he is considering.

Didn't know that! I was sure happy with my '08 with the Roush Supercharger, but then it's the only one I've had! Did Roush use a different Eaton with the '08 Mustang?

Take a look into procharger. It's great kit, easy to install, efficient power with less stress to the lower half.
