Hey all!
Here are some more pictures and the known history of my baby....
This 1966 factory GT Coupe just spent the last 34 years (1978 - 2012) with it's previous owner in Greensboro, North Carolina. I believe Frank (82 years old at the time) to be the second owner. The original owner ordered it as a customer order back in late November 1965. He optioned it out nicely with an A code engine, power steering, a banded windscreen, green glass, pony interior, rally pac, long console and AM radio to complement all the GT extras. At some stage a rear speaker, passengers side mirror and deluxe retractable front seat belts were dealer installed. I bought it in June of 2012 with 68,336 original miles. It still has many original features including the trunk liner, spare white wall tire, jack and ratchet, all panels and interior are also original (except for the carpet and mats), all bolt on parts such as the C4 transmission, steering box, power steering pump, 4bbl carburettor, intake manifold, vacuum advance, distributor and so on are original numbers matching as well. Believe it or not the radiator and exhaust including mufflers and resonators are still original. The rails are straight and the underbody has no rust (which is amazing for a Metuchen plant car) and the red oxide is still clearly visible on the cars undercarriage. The engine block has the correct casting number and assembly date stampings and there are four yellow "PAINT OK" check stamps with the surname of the quality controller still to be found in the engine bay as well as the original crayon markings on the radiator support panel. She still has the buck tag attached and is accompanied by the original factory build sheet of which I found the last piece (Bottom left hand corner) still stuck under the drivers seat in October of 2012. My wife and two girls just adore her and we take her out every chance we get. A real trip back in time every time. Hope you enjoy her as much as we do.....
Last but not least... the build sheet. (This was before I found the missing corner.)

When I was a kid my dad had a maroon 66 coupe that I just loved and ever since then I was a Mustang enthusiast. When I started the search for my own 1st generation Mustang I had to get the approval of my then 14 year old daughter. We looked at many before she gave the thumbs up on this one and we have had it since 2004.
So this is now my daughters car and I am just holding on to it until she has a place of her own, with a garage!! This 66 Mustang has been a fun father and daughter bonding experience for us. She will be excited to find out her car is in the ROTM.
Good luck to all; and here are a few more pics:

Phew, that was a tough one. VBStang, that is one gorgeous Stang! Your daughter should be very proud.
Had to vote for the Raven though. Awesome story and a beautiful Car!
