PS. Sorry the mufflers are dirty in the pics...it actually rained last night in AZ. They are in perfect shape.

How does the blackout panel fit over the rear badge....do you have to remove it?

Yes, you have to remove it. Then it just fits right into place. Its a great looking piece. Makes the tail lights flush with the trunk, and gives a rear classic look. I also like how they built the GT emblem right into it. Honestly, if it wasn't for the fact that it doesn't match my car's look, I would have kept it.

ic ic, does that leave a hole in the trunklid, and does the blackout panel seal good from water so it doesnt leak into my trunk?
