Default Coil-Over or Springs???

Hey All!

Just curious about this, because I am new to modding. Which is better replacing the shocks, struts and springs with something like the TOKICO’s D-Spec Series adjustable shocks and Eibachs springs.

Or is it better to replace everything with a set of coil-over shocks? Like these:

Thanks in advance for any help

Id also like a good description and comparison of coil overs VS lowering + shocks/struts. However, if I decided to go with coilovers (if theyre better) I would definately go with one of the better companys.. like Tein. http://www.tein.com/ti/g12.html

Unfortunately I dont, but everyone I talk to says Tein is a great suspension company... and seeing as they supply suspension for ALOT of race cars Im thinking theyre pretty damn good springs... hell if its good enough for a race car, its good enough for me. And honestly I have no idea who would sell them, ya can probably just order them straight from Tein.

Definitely coil-overs. They reduce weight at the 4 corners by about 2-3 lbs each and push the suspension to the 4 corners. Better handling and more responsive.

These look great also.

I am torn as to which ones to get ! ! !

HW
Tein
H&R

They all look good but the Teins are that nasty green colour!
