Default Wheels and Tires -- Largest Size?

What are the largest tires and wheels I can put on my '05 V6 without modifying the suspension? I'd "like" to put on 20-inch Bullitts and those Goodyear GS-D3 tires (I think that's what they're called). What is the widest I could put on without rubbing anything? Nine inches?

Thanks.

It might be the look you are going for, but to me, 20 inch wheels combined with the small diameter stock brake discs make the car look like it's running on bicycle tires (I have seen it). There is the a lot of air space between the spokes of the wheels. If you fit larger brakes, then it looks normal. Also most 20 inch wheels weigh considerably more than the same type of smaller wheels (more metal) which results in more unsprung weight.
I know that 20x9 will fit. 275 is the widest you can fit on 9 inch wide wheels. I don't know if wider wheels will fit or not.

you could put up to a 315, maybe even higher on the car without suspensions mods. when u lower it is when theres a problem fitting some tire widths.

Really good points, Paleoc, thanks. I know a lot of guys go with 18s; I think what I was focusing on was to fill the wheelwells as much as possible. Maybe I'll look into 18s, then.
