tell me its ok..... LCA pan hard question
well just went out to do the LCA and pan hard bar. both spohn products with adjustable poly bushings on both ends.
jacked car up by rear then let it set on jackstand holding the axle up. so there is load on the sspension.
We put the panhard bar in first. its adjusted to stock length. then we hand tighted it and dropped it on the ground and measured side to side. it was like dead on. maybe a 16 of a inch off. so no big deal. we tighted it down then jacked it up the same way. jacks under the axle. didnt know the toque specs off hand so called spohn and they said 129ft lbs on the panhard and lca? I dont think that is right? is it. well on the lca we put them in. they didnt need adjusting. My guy measured then pinion angle and all was within -2 degrees. which i heard is about right? should i worry cause on the directions for lca it said not to jack up by rear? I had the suspension under load the whole time putting everything on.
sorry if my post is confusing....

RE: tell me its ok..... LCA pan hard question
You were correct to install everything under load... this prevents preload on the bushings which can cause them to wear prematurely. The torque spec on the panhard rod is correct, but I'm thought the LCAs were 75 ft-lbs. Someone else chime in on this...
