Default Steeda Heavy Duty Upper Strut Mount Install Questions

So I am tackling this tomorrow. A couple of questions for those that have installed this piece.

1) The package comes with a small vial of silicon pre-lube but does not state where to put it or what it is for. Any thoughts on what I'm supposed to pre-lube?

2) Since it allows for +/- 1 degree of camber, when I install it, how should I set it up so that I can get close to -1.2 degrees? I don't exactly understand how this allows for camber adjustment.

Any other tips welcome.

Default RE: Steeda Heavy Duty Upper Strut Mount Install Questions

I completed the strut removal and installednew spring/strut with new steeda heavy duty strut bearings. I got most of it back together, but need to hand torque and will do this in the am.

How do I get roughly close to the -1.2 degrees of camber with the new bearings before I torque it down? Anyone?

Also, how is the toe and caster adjusted on these vehicles for my own knowledge?
