will lca's help my e.t. and handling even if i dont lower the car i also plan on putting d-specs on it

yes LCA will get rid of that annoying vibrate bouncing feeling when you first come off the line (wheel hop). and help keep the power to the ground. therefore getting better 60ft therefore getting better E.T. weater your lowered or not!

do i need the relocation brackets tho im not lowering the car so i shouldnt need them right

If not lowering the car there is no need for relocation brackets.

yup if you also want to get rid of that tendency the car has to drift into one directions on striaght on acceleration whenever you have wheelspin.
