Default Eibach Sport Springs?

Anyone that has some Eibach sportline springs can you please post some pics and also how is the ride? Can i just do the sportlines & adj. pan. bar? or will my stock shocks blow out? I had a 2001 mustang GT with a Eibach kit on it and sat low to the ground and had a very stiff ride. Im trying to go for the same thing in my 2007. Thanks Guys!! p.s Im also looking into BMR another p.s Im putting longtube headers on soon and where i live there are no high driveways and roads are paved good. IDK if this helps in the choice.

Springs that fall into an "extreme lowering" category have a reputation for that "very stiff ride" because you end up hitting the bump stops much more frequently. IOW, the stiff ride isn't because the springs themselves are so much stiffer than OE - it's just that there isn't enough bump travel remaining before the stiffness of the bump stop is added in (and most bump stop material is a good bit stiffer than lowering springs as measured in lbs/inch). A stiff ride does not always bring an equal improvement in handling along with it, and actual overall performance frequently disagrees with the appearance of having it.

Extreme drop springs are really onlyfor when a particular appearance is by far the most important reason. Best handling behavior occurs with less drop than those provide (unless you get into much more extensive suspension reworking than most folks do or ever will).
