Arkansas need snow tires?

2007 GT- I live in the north east now, and run 17’s with Dunlop snow tires for the winter months. I am moving to Bentonville Arkansas. Will I still need the snow tires down there? No snow but ice. Anyone from the area that could give me some help?I drive the car all year long.
