Personally I wouldn't worry about them until/if they start "clunking", then I'd get a set of aftermarket camber plates. But, since you will be in there anyway, if the GT500 mounts are a reasonable price, do it. Beware when replacing your struts be very careful, there are little ball bearings in the stock strut mounts that fall out easily.
