Default Raising the front of the lower control arms?

Has anyone done this or seen anyone doing it? I all ready have relocation brackets and with the car lowered, the lca's are almost level. I don't want to mess up my pinion angle by adjusting the upper control arm, but I'd like to move the instant center closer towards the rear of the car.

I was under the car looking at the mounting brackets and there is actually a lot of room to move the arm up. The frame is even curved upward just above the mounting point. The problem is the bracket gets wider as you move upward, so you'd need some spacers and maybe a longer bolt. You'd have to drill a new hole of course.

I need more traction and I don't want to put the stock springs back in.

That's interesting... which LCA brackets are using as I would think they have ample adjustment to get the fronts higher. I am running Roush rear springs (minimal 1in. drop) and my CHE brackets (which only have one lowering position) was more than sufficient to get the LCA angle corrected.

I would be interested to see if anyhow has done a mod to the front mounts.

My springs are in my sig. frpp 1.5 inch drop. I have the CHE lca relocation brackets and I have maybe a 1 degree positive angle from back to front.

Here's a picture to help understand what i've considering. Basically drilling a hole through the bracket that is higher and more foward than the stock location. You can see the indention in the frame just behind that hole.

I don't think clearance will be an issue, but making some kind of spacer so the bushings have a flat surface to mate to might be a problem.
