Default Tire Opinions and Reviews

Ok, so I am looking at getting me some 18's with the rear being 10" putting my rear tire between 285-305. So what are some of y'alls recommendations. KDW's, Eagle Supercars, Michelin, Pirelli's, what all have y'all ran, and what do y'all recommend?

I've got Nitto NT555's. Love 'em. I've heard great things about the KDW's as well. I'm thinking of trying Nitto NT05's this next time around.

I love my Nitto NT555's, they have been great for me in the rain and in dry weather.

295/40/18 Falken Azenis RT-615. Great grip. Treadwear is 200 so they wear a little bit fast. They are amazing in the dry weather and acceptable in the rain as long as you're careful.

I have the KDWs and love them. They are very good in the rain.

Seeing how you are in Germany (not the worlds best weather) I'd think you'd want to stay with a good all around tire. While the Rt-615, NT05 and 555s are all awesome tires, they are not good cold or wet tires (they are OK, but not good). The KDW would be a better choice, I've run a lot of different tires (including the 615s, 555s and NT01) and I have to say I'm pretty impressed with them for a street tire.

I'm actually going to buy me a set of dedicated winter tires for my factory rims, and I live in Wiesbaden, which is down in a valley. It as some of the most temperate weather around. Been beautiful and sunny for the past two weeks, temps in the high 70's. Finally had a sprinkle last night. I can't complaign.

PM me for a recomendation, I've tested the top 20% of tires back to back as well as the best 20% of recommended sizes, mostly on 20s and 18's but some on 17s.

let me know your exact requirements for safety handeling comfort acceleration etc as specific as possible.

Also your horsepower and temperature and the condition of the roads.
