Anyone heard of Lakewood LCAs

Found some Lakewood adjustable LCAs on abay for cheap. Just wondering if anyone has heard anything about them, or if anyone has them if they like them. Just wondering if there is any reason they are so cheap.

Don't know about their LCA's, but I haven't heard good things about their Watts Link...
