Default Brake fluid change, Clutch fluid?

When you guys change the brake fluid in your cars, do you bleed through the clutch slave as well? I'm thinking they use the same reservoir as the brake master cylinder, is that right?

When we did the first bleed on my car to swap to DOT 4 fluid we did not bleed the clutch line as it does not see anywhere near the heat of the fluid at the wheel cylinders.
