Thinking about springing for a set of GT500 wheels and was wondering if need to get some wheels spacers for them. I have the stock 17's on it currently. If so where do I get them and how much?

i've got an 08 gt with factory 17s. i bought the gt500 takeoffs with the eagle f1's already wrapped on them and swapped em out myself in the garage. then drove it to a tireshop to torq out all the bolts. no spacers were required. just had to take the car to a dealership to reflash the tpms sensors.

Sweet! I dont need them then. How does your car ride and handle with the extra fat rubber? Bet it looks great with them on.

Don't need any thing. just torque to 90lbs and have fun. they are great looking wheels but are some what heavier then the oem 17". check out my profile/album and you can see them on my 08 GT.

Nope. No spacers needed. However, you may need new steering stops going from 17's to 18's.
