Default DD Springs: Roush or Steeda

I just wanted to see if anyone had experience with both Roush and Steeda springs, that they could comment on which ones would be best for a daily driver. I'd like as much handling performance as possible, but my main goal is lowering the vehicle and maintaining ride quality for a DD. The two sets of springs I've been looking at are the following, and just curious of any insights.

Roush Rear:

Roush Front:

Steeda:

Don't forget about H&R sports. They have about the same lowering as the Roush and Steedas. I used them on my GT and they were excellent daily driver springs. They are stiffer and there is less dive on braking, but I don't think I ever bottomed out with them even on stock shocks.

My understanding was that the H&R's dropped the front of the vehicle more than the rear, which is why I hadn't really considered them....seeing how the rear gap bothers me more than the front.

I have the steeda ultra lite springs and they are very close to the factory ride. I have over 15,000 miles on them and the factory shocks and struts are still doing the job. I've heard the roush springs don't have the best comfort.

How are the roads in your area? My city has very poor roads but with steeda sports and d-specs set to 4-5, it is liveable. If you have decent roads either the ultralights or sports should be perfect for a DD.

I would go ultralights, they are nice and a bit of a weight savings there. I still may change to them from my Eibach Pro's.

Roads....well, "awful" would probably be about as nice a thing as I could say about them. There are a few stretches that are nice, but the weather just tears the roads to pieces.

Oh how I miss the roads in AZ. They were as smooth as silk....in a good way.

Oh right, Michigan, I should have known. I'd still bet ours are worse.

I have had both, the Roush and the Ultra Lites. The Ultra Lites ride better but not like stock springs.

Get better dampers also. The shorter springs will wear out your stock dampers faster and it won't matter what springs you are riding on, the car will not ride well at all with worn out dampers.
