i replaced the stock brakes on my SN95 with Hawk pads and Powerslot rotors. was a nice improvement, and does not break your bank account. in another 15K miles i am going to do the same for my current car. Americanmuscle.com has them at a nice price.

When I did my rear brakes, I put on Centric rotors and Ford OE pads.

I went this route:

Speak with Derek @ D'Agostino, he was tops with getting exactly what I needed for the job. I also picked up some black paint for the calipers and hubs. The brakes look great and stop on a dime.

Without knowing your definition of "best" it is difficult to make recommendations on what you should do.

What is wrong with the stock brakes that you want to improve?
