Default Steeda Ultralights or Sport Springs?

Wondering the difference between the two. The website says they lower the same amount and the descriptions are very similar. Just wondering what the differences are and what would be better for a DD.

Thanks in advance.

Below is from Steeda's description of the two. Looks like the Ultralites lower the car about 1/4" more. The Ultralites are also slightly softer. I have Steeda Ultralites on my car and they only added a little ride harshness. I've no experience with the Steeda Sports.

-Steeda Sport Springs - Part Numbers: 555-8216
Lowers the vehicle approx 1 inch front, 1 1/4 inch rear. The S197 Mustang sits high in the rear, these springs will give it a more aggressive look
Maintains good ride quality for daily driving
Big improvement in handling and noticeable reduction in nosedive

-Ultralite Springs - Part Number: 555-8206
Lowers the vehicle approx 1 1/4 inch front, 1 1/2 inch rear. The S197 Mustang sits high in the rear. These springs will give it a more aggressive look
High quality lower weight wire for less unsprung weight and less inertia for the best ride quality available of any lowering spring
Good improvement in handling and noticeable reduction in nosedive

Are you running stock shocks/struts also? Does anyone have any experience with sports?

The Ultra-lites are our ride quality oriented spring. If you want something that rides close to stock the Ultra-lites are the way to go.

Both springs will handle better than stock but the Sport springs will be the better handling spring out of the 2 with slightly less but still good ride quality.

The Steeda Sport springs are not that stiff when comparing performance springs (not necessarily the common S197 ones). I mean in general terms, with the weight of the S197- 200 lb/in isn't high at all. If it's too stiff for you- keep it stock.
