I have them on my 07 and love em. Initially put them on the rear to level it out but then replaced the front springs and struts also. If by best you mean "cheapest", not sure there but I've bought a lot of my parts from Stage 3 and always got excellent service. They usually do really good on prices also.

I am running them as well and have no complaints. I found a place that is by far the cheapest out there (~$100 shipped), but don't have the link available... I will post it up tonight when I get to my home PC.

Does it look good with just the rear springs or does the steeda ultralite kit look better.. and a link to the place that has them for 100 bucks would be awsome.. thanks

Here's a profile shot of mine... but it really comes down to personal preference on Roush rears only as compared to Steeda's UL. Running the Roush rears levels out the car, so if you are looking for a rear to front rake, this set-up might not be ideal.
And here's the link to those springs... $108 shipped http://www.carparts.com/autoparts/Pr...=roush+springs

This is what my car looks like now.. there seems to be alot of space above the rear tires. Is this how much space you guys had before you added the rear springs?

No, you got too much space all round back there, not just on top...
What size rims/tires are those?
Are they close to 746 revs per mile?
Someone has the wrong diameter tires on their stang (hint, hint)...
You speedo must be reading faster than you are actually going??
