camber bolts. need to drill out/enlarge hole?

No, with the camber bolts you donot have to enlarge holes,
when you look at them you will see they are machined down
to allow adjustment in existing hole.
You only have to grind holes if you use plates on shocks that
have offset washer used for adjustment.
